Fixing a softlock
Enable the debug console, then look for a fact under Gates the quest checks — one the quest is actively waiting on. If that flag never got written, addfact it to the value shown and the gate clears.
Setting a Set these to advance fact only marks a step done — it won't run the step or skip the quest forward, and it can't fix a softlock caused by a scene that never played or an NPC that didn't spawn (reload an earlier save for those). Save before forcing any fact.

Objectives
- 1.Find out from the other druids who Gremist is.

- 6.Search the woods for the missing apprentice and some pimpernel using your Witcher Senses.
- 7.Kill the succubus.
- 8.Use your Witcher Senses to find and pick a pimpernel.
- 9.Bring the flower to Gremist.
- 10.Follow the succubus to her lair.
- 11.Go to the succubus' lair.
- 12.Return to the druid and continue looking for the missing apprentice.
- 13.Find Fritjof the druid in the nearby village and convince him to talk to Gremist.
- 14.Go to the ritual site with Fritjof.
- 15.Defend Fritjof while he completes the ritual.
- 16.Find the abandoned distillery.
- 17.Clear out the distillery.
- 18.Use your Witcher Senses to search the distillery for instructions on how to produce alcohol.
- 19.Use the machine to produce alcohol.
- 20.Return to Gremist.
- 21.Take the spirit.
- 22.Find some mash.
- 23.Read the instructions for distilling alcohol.
- 24.Wait till the next day.
- 25.Talk to Gremist about your reward.
